Remarks: At the end of the summer of the next year the spider is mature. Mature spiders build much larger webs so that they do strike. Females stay in their web while males go search for females to mate with. Mating is a risky expidition for males; He needs to be carefull not to be seen as a prey. A male are significantly smaller than females and has to let them know that he's not a prey. During copulating a male try to inseminate the female as quick as possible to have the best chance of escaping and not be eaten. Once escaped, males can mate a second time. Not all men are eaten for breakfast.
